The good folks over at Ref21 have posted a good 10-minute video of Ligon Duncan and Derek Thomas discussing evangelism. It's a good, short, recent history of changes in our understanding of evangelism and the weaknesses in our connection of evangelism, discipleship and the local church.
The 9Marks blog aims to stimulate a helpful conversation among pastors, church leaders, and Christians about life together in the local church.

Thank you for the referral to this video. I have been concerned about my message and watering down the Gospel message while working within my ministry. We are told by some not to proselytize during disaster situations yet I do know the only source of my own strength, interesting...again, thanks.
