Interview With Steve Timmis -- Introduction
Over the next week or so, I am going to be posting an ongoing interview/conversation that I have been having with Steve Timmis. Steve is part of The Crowded House network of churches, the co-author (with Tim Chester) of Total Church and The World We All Want. He is also the co-director of The Porterbrook Network. Total Church has made a bit of a splash because of its mixture of a firm commitment to Reformed soteriology with a radical ecclesiology. My hope in these conversations is to highlight areas of agreement and discuss areas of disagreement between the 9Marks model of a healthy church and the Total Church model. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
