
Mike Gilbart-Smith was raised by godly parents in Tonbridge, England. He studied Math at Cambridge, where he met the Devers and the Lawrences. He married Hannah and went to seminary at Oak Hill College, London. Mike has been on staff with four churches. He came to CHBC for the August 2005 internship and joined the staff in January 2006. His responsibilities include ministry to college students, interns, and non-believers. Mike and Hannah have three children, Abigail, Joshua and Daniel.
The 9Marks blog aims to stimulate a helpful conversation among pastors, church leaders, and Christians about life together in the local church.
